一、報(bào)名條件
依法取得營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照或企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照的生產(chǎn)者、銷(xiāo)售者，可根據(jù)自身經(jīng)營(yíng)需要，申請(qǐng)注冊(cè)制造商識(shí)別碼。

2.注冊(cè)程序
一、報(bào)名所需材料：
（一）中國(guó)商品條碼系統(tǒng)會(huì)員登記表（一式兩份）
（2）營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件（一式兩份）
（3）匯款憑證復(fù)印件（兩份）
（四）組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證復(fù)印件（一份）
2、填妥的《中國(guó)商品條碼系統(tǒng)會(huì)員登記表》加蓋公司公章后提交。公司公章上的公司名稱(chēng)應(yīng)與公司營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照上的公司名稱(chēng)一致。

說(shuō)明：《中國(guó)商品條碼制度會(huì)員登記表》中的“企業(yè)類(lèi)別”、“經(jīng)濟(jì)類(lèi)型代碼”、“國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)行業(yè)分類(lèi)代碼”、“登記行政區(qū)劃代碼”請(qǐng)參閱“商品條碼分類(lèi)及代碼”查詢(xún)手冊(cè)》填寫(xiě)項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容。如果您不知道如何填寫(xiě)，請(qǐng)留空。
3、集團(tuán)公司請(qǐng)?zhí)顚?xiě)《集團(tuán)公司子公司基本信息表》。
5、申請(qǐng)人的申請(qǐng)材料經(jīng)辦公廳審核后，對(duì)符合條件的材料進(jìn)行簽字、報(bào)批。

6、中國(guó)物品編碼中心收到初審?fù)ㄟ^(guò)的申請(qǐng)材料和申請(qǐng)人繳納的費(fèi)用（見(jiàn)表1）后，對(duì)符合規(guī)定條件的，由中國(guó)物品編碼中心批準(zhǔn)向申請(qǐng)人注冊(cè)。 .制造商識(shí)別碼完成審批流程。
7、注冊(cè)完成后，中國(guó)商品編碼中心將廠商識(shí)別碼通知中國(guó)商品編碼中心內(nèi)蒙古分公司，原片由中國(guó)商品編碼中心內(nèi)蒙古分中心制作。中國(guó)商品編碼中心內(nèi)蒙古分公司向企業(yè)頒發(fā)《中國(guó)商品條碼系統(tǒng)會(huì)員證》及原片。
8、申請(qǐng)人已收到《中國(guó)商品條碼系統(tǒng)會(huì)員證》和原片，申請(qǐng)結(jié)束。

4. The applicant has no purchases in Hohhot住房記錄和居住在市區(qū)內(nèi)的出租房屋。在祁縣有房，在市四區(qū)租房的高校畢業(yè)生也可以申請(qǐng)。申請(qǐng)住房補(bǔ)貼，申請(qǐng)人必須同時(shí)滿(mǎn)足4個(gè)條件。
1、2022、2021、2020、2019、2018、2017年全日制本科以上學(xué)歷，2021年6月22日至2022年6月23日（購(gòu)房日期必須在發(fā)放日期之后） 2021年6月22日至2021年12月31日期間購(gòu)房的普通高校2020屆全日制本科以上學(xué)歷者；
\ n 2.申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)在呼和浩特市非公有制企業(yè)工作，或?yàn)樵诤艉秃铺厥凶?cè)的具有獨(dú)立法人資格的企業(yè)的法定代表人，個(gè)體工商戶(hù)（含個(gè)人獨(dú)資企業(yè)）穩(wěn)定經(jīng)營(yíng)1年以上年）;
3、申請(qǐng)人已繳納企業(yè)職工養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)12個(gè)月以上，簽訂勞動(dòng)合同的公司名稱(chēng)應(yīng)與社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)公司名稱(chēng)一致；如果之前城市沒(méi)有自有住房），如果2人或2人以上購(gòu)買(mǎi)同一套房，僅1人可享受住房補(bǔ)貼（夫妻雙方同時(shí)滿(mǎn)足條件除外）。
通過(guò)評(píng)審的博士生、碩士生和本科生每月分別獲得1000元、800元和500元的房租補(bǔ)貼，補(bǔ)貼期限不超過(guò)24個(gè)月。通過(guò)評(píng)審的博士生、碩士生和本科生將分別獲得10萬(wàn)元、5萬(wàn)元和3萬(wàn)元的一次性住房補(bǔ)貼。
