首次申請林業(yè)勘察規(guī)劃設(shè)計資質(zhì)的單位，只能從D級或C級資質(zhì)入手。 D級僅限于基層林業(yè)組織（一般指事業(yè)單位）的申請，總結(jié)5點：
1、林業(yè)調(diào)查規(guī)劃設(shè)計資質(zhì)每年申報一次（一般4月份開始申報），審批時間6個月左右（一般10月份公布結(jié)果）
2、技術(shù)人員10人，半年需繳納社保（林業(yè)工程師5人，林業(yè)專業(yè)畢業(yè)技術(shù)人員5人）
3、首次申請林業(yè)勘察規(guī)劃設(shè)計資質(zhì)的企業(yè)只能從C級資質(zhì)入手
4、林業(yè)相關(guān)專業(yè)設(shè)備包括：電腦、繪圖儀、掃描儀、打印機、GPS等。
5、林業(yè)勘察規(guī)劃設(shè)計資質(zhì)證書有效期為5年。
